Frequently Asked Questions

Everything parents, party planners, and event coordinators ask before booking the trailer.

How much does a game truck rental cost?

Packages run from $400 for 2 hours (Jump Start) up to $1,000 for a full 8-hour day (All Day Play) — a flat $100 per hour after the base. Every package includes the full trailer, all consoles, and your on-site game coach. Need a little more time on the day? Extra time is $50 per 30 minutes. See all seven packages on the pricing section.

How many people can play at once?

Up to 24 players at once across six 55" Smart TVs — enough for the whole party inside the climate-controlled trailer at the same time.

What consoles and games do you have?

The latest consoles — Xbox Series X, PS5, and Nintendo Switch — with a massive game library covering all ages and play styles. The event host or parents can set any restrictions on game ratings with the game coach before or during the event.

Is a deposit required?

Yes — a $100 deposit secures your date, and the remaining balance is due on arrival the day of the event. We accept all major credit cards, CashApp, and Zelle.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 2 days before your event for a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 2 days of the event forfeit the deposit. For genuine emergencies or bad weather, we'll work with you to reschedule to the next available date at no extra cost. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

What happens if it rains?

The party rolls on. The trailer is climate-controlled with heat and A/C, so events run rain or shine, July or January. Only severe weather that makes travel or operation unsafe — high winds, snow, ice — leads to rescheduling, and we'll find you the next open date.

Where do you travel?

We serve Central Texas from Waco to Austin, based out of Killeen — see our Killeen and Waco pages. Events outside our 30-mile home radius may include a mileage fee, shown transparently as its own line item when you book.

What do you need from us on event day?

Just safe, legal parking with enough room for the trailer — street or driveway both work. We handle setup, the gaming, and cleanup. You handle the cake.

Is someone there to run things?

Always. Every booking includes a professional on-site game coach who handles game selection, setup, and keeping the fun running smoothly — you get to actually enjoy the party you're hosting.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as you can. Dates are first-come, first-served once the deposit is in, and weekend slots go fast — especially in spring and summer.

Can we bring food and drinks into the trailer?

To protect the equipment (and the controllers), food, drinks, candy, gum, and smoking stay outside the trailer — party snacks right next to it are perfect.
